Who processes the data

What data we collect

We only collect the data we need in order to provide the service.

• From the booking form: name, phone number, email address, vehicle make, model, year and registration number, the services chosen, your preferred time and your comment.
• From your browser: if you tick "remember my details", we store your contact and vehicle details on your own device. That data is never sent to us and you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data.
• For the newsletter: if you tick that you would like the newsletter, we store your email address, name, phone number and language, and when and through which form you gave your consent.

Why and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and provide the service — to perform the contract and to prepare it.
• For accounting — to comply with a legal obligation.
• To manage the warranty — legitimate interest, so that we can later evidence the work done and the warranty terms.
• To send the newsletter — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or trade your data. We only pass it on when this is needed to provide the service: to our accountant, our email service provider, the site host (Vercel), the database for newsletter contacts (Supabase) and, where needed, to the material manufacturer to handle a warranty claim. If you have agreed to statistics, Google Analytics receives the visit data. If you have agreed to marketing, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) also receive data on whether you came via an ad and whether you sent an enquiry. Our ads are managed by our marketing agency.

How long we keep data

• Enquiries that did not lead to work — for up to 12 months.
• Records of completed work — for the life of the warranty and for up to 3 years after it ends.
• Accounting records — 7 years, as the law requires.
• Newsletter contacts — until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

At any time you have the right to:

• ask what data we hold about you;
• require inaccurate data to be corrected;
• require data to be erased, where we have no legal obligation to keep it;
• withdraw any consent you have given, at any time;
• lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

To make a request, write to stalla@stalla.ee. We reply within one month.

Cookies

Storage that the site needs in order to work does not require consent. We only load Google Analytics, the Google Ads and Meta pixels, YouTube videos, the Google Maps map and the Instagram feed once you have given your consent. You can change your choice with the “Cookie choices” link in the footer. We count the total number of visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not identify you personally.

Changes

If we change this document, we update the date above. For significant changes we will also notify you separately.
