Who processes the data

What data we collect

We only collect the data we need in order to provide the service.

• From the booking form:name, phone number, email address, vehicle make, model, year and registration number, the services chosen, your preferred time and your comment.
• From your browser:if you tick"remember my details", we store your contact and vehicle details on your own device. That data is never sent to us and you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data.

Why and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and provide the service— to perform the contract and to prepare it.
• Raamatupidamiseks— to comply with a legal obligation.
• To manage the warranty— legitimate interest, so that we can later evidence the work done and the warranty terms.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or trade your data. We pass it on only where it is needed to provide the service: to our accountant, to our email delivery provider and, where necessary, to the material manufacturer in order to handle a warranty claim.

How long we keep data

• Enquiries that did not lead to work— for up to 12 months.
• Records of completed work— for the life of the warranty and for up to 3 years after it ends.
• Raamatupidamisdokumendid— 7 years, as the law requires.

Your rights

At any time you have the right to:

• ask what data we hold about you;
• require inaccurate data to be corrected;
• require data to be erased, where we have no legal obligation to keep it;
• withdraw any consent you have given, at any time;
• esitada kaebus Andmekaitse Inspektsioonile (aki.ee).
